In acting education, exercise, dance, and music studies are of vital importance for candidate actors to improve their skills and maximize their physical and mental performance. Engaging in regular exercise against the chronic health risks and physical inactivity caused by today's sedentary lifestyle helps actors cope with high physical demands during stage performances by enhancing their flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness levels. However, the intensity and content of the exercise programs to be implemented should be planned in accordance with the actors' specific goals; otherwise, unplanned or excessive training can restrict joint mobility and lead to injuries. Dance training strengthens bodily control and coordination by developing flexibility, rhythm skills, and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity levels. Music studies, on the other hand, support actors' cognitive capacities, attention spans, memory performance, and their ability to transform auditory skills into rhythmic movements. From Traditional Turkish Theatre to contemporary theatre practices, the historical and practical influence of music and dance on the art of acting is clearly observed. Consequently, sports, dance, and music are inseparable, integrative components of acting education and must be applied together for professional success and physical awareness.
