Digitalization in physical education and sports has assumed a transformative and critical role in education, training, and performance processes alongside the rapid advancement of technology. While educators and coaches endeavor to integrate technological resources into their daily practices, they face obstacles such as lack of knowledge and adaptation challenges. The Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework offers effective solutions for enhancing the efficiency of instructional processes, student motivation, and motor learning skills by combining technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge in a dynamic balance. In sports science, wearable technologies, GPS systems, sensors, and advanced testing devices (such as Gymaware, ForceDecks, Myontec Mbody Pro, and NordBord) enable real-time, high-precision analysis of athletes' physiological data, muscle activities, movement biomechanics, and reaction times. Thanks to these technological capabilities, performance optimization, injury prediction and prevention, and rehabilitation processes are conducted on a scientific basis. Contrary to critical views suggesting that technology leads to obesity and sedentary behavior, the correct and purposeful use of digital innovations significantly enhances the quality of physical education and sports. In the future, overcoming budget constraints and access barriers to technology will make the sustainable integration of digital tools into educational curricula and sports policies an essential necessity.
